I am a restaurant consultant in San Francisco (moved in here in ‘98 from Boston)- here’s a link to my company, AOC SF.

I work with small and large independent as well as some chain restaurants in and around SF and help them with business, strategy, finance and cheese selection (no not really but maybe one day…).

Prima Donna is not a snotty high maintenance female person but in this case refers to a really tasty aged gouda (pronounce that hoooow-daaah). If I can be as good as this cheese, well…….here’s a nice image.
